Die bedeutendste Entwicklung in meinem Werk war der bewusste Einsatz unterschiedlicher Metallstäube und Korrosion. Diese Korrosion wurde für mich zu einem Symbol des Wandels, dass alles einem ständigen Fluss unterworfen ist. Die vielen Schritte, das Auftragen vieler Schichten und die Korrosion führen zu zufälligen, unkontrollierbaren Veränderungen im Bild, die zu neuen Eindrücken führen und zu eigenen Interpretationen einladen sollen. Veränderung und Komplexität sind für mich faszinierende Themen. The most significant development in my work was the deliberate use of different metal dusts and corrosion. This corrosion became for me a symbol of change, that everything is subject to a constant flow. The multiple steps, the application of many layers and corrosion leads to random, uncontrollable changes in the image, which should lead to new impressions and invite your own interpretations. Change and complexity are fascinating themes for me. My art work is an invitation to discover the beauty that is hidden in every moment of transformation. Perhaps the viewer will be inspired to find his own connection to my work and discover something more for themselves.
