about me
Klaus Klemm – artist and photographer, living and working in the Stuttgart region.
In photography, I am interested in the state of the world: the beauty of the small, the mundane, and whatever catches my eye. In painting, I combine acrylic paint with iron and other metal dust; deliberate corrosion has become my signature – a symbol of change.
My photographic series have received awards from IPA, PX3, FAPA, the Chromatic, Neutral Density and reFocus Awards. In 2024, my paintings and photographs were shown at the Marienhospital Stuttgart in the exhibition “Symbole der Veränderung” (Symbols of Change).
