about me

Klaus Klemm – artist and photographer based in Stuttgart, Germany. My work explores three interconnected fields: painting, fine art photography, and computer art.

In painting, I work with acrylic colors combined with iron and metal dusts on canvas. The deliberate use of corrosion has become my visual signature – a symbol of change and the constant flow that shapes everything around us.

In photography, my focus lies on fine art, landscape, nature, and the quiet moments of transition – the fragile beauty of vanitas, reflections on water, hidden worlds in the small and the overlooked. My photographic series have been recognized internationally with awards from the International Photography Awards (IPA), Prix de la Photographie Paris (PX3), Fine Art Photography Awards (FAPA), Chromatic Photography Awards, Neutral Density Photography Awards, and reFocus Awards.

In 2024, my paintings and photographs were exhibited at the Marienhospital Stuttgart under the title „Symbole der Veränderung" – Symbols of Transformation.

I live and work in the Stuttgart region.

Klaus Klemm – Künstler und Fotograf aus Stuttgart. Meine Arbeit umfasst drei miteinander verbundene Bereiche: Malerei, Fine Art Photography und Computerkunst.

In der Malerei arbeite ich mit Acrylfarben in Verbindung mit Eisen- und Metallstäuben auf Leinwand. Der bewusste Einsatz von Korrosion ist mein visuelles Markenzeichen geworden – ein Symbol für Wandel und den ständigen Fluss, der alles um uns herum prägt.

In der Fotografie liegt mein Schwerpunkt auf Fine Art, Landschaft, Natur und den stillen Momenten des Übergangs – der vergänglichen Schönheit der Vanitas, Reflexionen auf Wasser, verborgenen Welten im Kleinen und Unscheinbaren. Meine fotografischen Serien wurden international ausgezeichnet, unter anderem bei den International Photography Awards (IPA), Prix de la Photographie Paris (PX3), Fine Art Photography Awards (FAPA), Chromatic Photography Awards, Neutral Density Photography Awards und reFocus Awards.

2024 wurden meine Malerei und Fotografie im Marienhospital Stuttgart unter dem Titel „Symbole der Veränderung" ausgestellt.
